A former British police detective and undercover operator, having served 10 years with the West Yorkshire police, Julie is regularly utilized by justice agencies to provide expert advice and guidance and to contribute towards complex law enforcement investigations.
A global educator for over a decade, Julie has developed and delivered training programs worldwide on the topics of internet investigations, intelligence analysis, data security, human trafficking, domestic abuse and coercive control and destructive cults to law enforcement, judiciary, military, government, NGO’s and corporations.
